Steps to access the Patient Portal:

  1. REGISTER first - Use the email address you completed your intake forms with for faster registration

  2. Access the PATIENT PORTAL !

FAQ:

I’m not seeing the Password reset link in my email?

You may have registered with a different email or you have not registered. Try registering again… the system will tell you :) If you have trouble just email us and we can send an invite!

How does the portal help me as a patient?

  • Check your upcoming appointments

  • Check which prescriptions have been sent on your behalf

  • Pay your invoices

  • Download superbills for out of network claims

What does “You’re Request Is Awaiting Approval” mean?

The system automatically grants access to the portal for clients already in the system. So you likely registered with a different email or name than what we have in our system. Reach out to our office to let us know so we can help straighten things out.

*Portal access is only for established client or those that have a pending appointment.
